Selection Procedure

- Service Agreement Bond: Selected candidates must serve the company for a minimum of 60 months from the date of joining. A bond of ₹3 Lakhs is required at the time of joining. ₹5,000/- per month will be deducted from salary towards bond money, refunded without interest after 60 months of service.
- Training Period: 1-year training cum probation. On successful completion, service will be confirmed in E-1 Grade as Officer (Discipline).
- Posting: Candidates may be posted anywhere in India including Subsidiary companies and Coalfield areas. Three choices of subsidiary in order of preference to be submitted, but final posting is at CIL’s discretion.
- Medical Examination: Selected candidates must undergo Initial Medical Examination (IME) by the company’s Medical Committee. Decision of Medical Committee is final.
- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- No TA/DA: No travel allowance/daily allowance will be paid for appearing in CBT.
- One Application Only: Candidates can submit online application for one discipline (post) only.
- NOC Required: Candidates working in Government/PSUs/Autonomous bodies must submit NOC.
