Selection Procedure

Key Application Instructions:
- After filling the Online Application Form, take a print out, sign it, and upload it along with all relevant documents. Application forms without a duly filled and signed copy or without relevant certificates/documents will be summarily rejected.
- Submit only a single application. If multiple applications are submitted, only the application with the highest/latest application number shall be entertained. Fee paid against one Application Number will not be adjusted against any other.
- No request for change of category or any other particular will be entertained after final submission.
- Only documents/certificates uploaded along with the application form will be considered for assessing eligibility. Any document/certificate issued/submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
Reservation Highlights:
- Benefit of reservation is only for Haryana Domiciles (DSC/OSC/BC-A/BC-B/EWS/PwBD).
- BC-A/BC-B Creamy Layer candidates are not eligible for reservation; apply under General category.
- Women candidates seeking reservation must submit Caste Certificate issued from Parental Side (Father’s side) only.
- BC-A/BC-B (Non Creamy Layer) and EWS certificates must be latest, issued for F.Y 2025-26 (i.e., based on F.Y 2024-25 income) and issued after 01.04.2025.
- Reserved category candidates from other States will compete under General/Unreserved Category.
Scribe / Extra Time for PwBD Category Candidates:
- An extra / compensatory time @ 20 minutes per hour will be allowed to PwBD (Blind and Low vision or Locomotor Disability) on production of a Medical Certificate and Commission’s permission.
- PwBD (Blindness and Low vision) candidates needing a scribe must submit a written request at least 05 days prior to the examination. Candidates must arrange their own scribe (studying-student up to 10+2, verified by Principal).
- PwBD (Locomotor Disability) candidates needing extra time must apply to the Commission with a medical certificate stating writing ability is severely affected.
