- Probation Period: Selected candidates shall be on probation for one year, extendable for non-satisfactory performance.

- Application Preference: Candidates may apply for one region only and give three preferences for branch locations irrespective of Branch Category.

- Compensation: Consists of Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance, and National Pension System (NPS). Additionally, Leave Travel Concession, Gratuity and other benefits as per service conditions are applicable.
