Bank of Baroda BOB LBO Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for 2482 Local Bank Officer Posts
- Probation Period: 12 months (1 year) of active service from the date of joining.
- Service Bond: Selected candidates must serve a minimum of 3 years or pay an amount equivalent to three months’ Gross Salary (not exceeding Rs. 2 Lakhs) if they leave before completion of 3 years of active service.
- Location of Posting: Selected candidates will be posted within the State applied for the first 12 years of service or until promotion to SMGS-IV Grade, whichever is earlier. Thereafter, posting may be anywhere in India at the Bank’s discretion.
- Exclusions: Employees of Bank of Baroda who resigned from an officer-grade position or exited while on contract within the last 3 years (as on cut-off date) are not eligible. Current Bank of Baroda officer cadre employees or contract employees are also not eligible.
- State-wise Application: A candidate can apply for one State only. Candidature will be considered only against vacancies in the applied State.
- Experience Note: Post-qualification experience of less than 6 months in any organization as on 01.08.2026 shall not be considered for eligibility (except if part of current employment). Experience in Clerical cadre will not be considered.
- Nationality: Must be a Citizen of India or eligible as per specified categories (Nepal/Bhutan subjects, Tibetan refugees, persons of Indian origin from specified countries).
