Selection Procedure

Selection Procedure:
- Personal Interview (PI): Selection will be through Personal Interview only. Eligible candidates will be called for PI in the ratio of 1:10 (post: candidates) after screening of applications.
- Screening (if applicable): If the number of eligible candidates exceeds the specified ratio, screening will be done based on: (i) Higher inline relevant educational qualifications than minimum prescribed, or (ii) Higher number of relevant experience (calculated in years, months and days). Screening criteria will be for elimination purpose only and will carry no weightage in final merit.
- Merit List: Once shortlisted for PI, merit will be drawn purely on the basis of performance in PI. Qualifying marks in PI: 50% for UR/EWS/OBC(NCL) and 40% for SC/ST/PwBD category.
- Tie-breaking: In case of equal marks in PI, the candidate older in age (by date of birth) shall be given preference.

- Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate in qualifying degree/diploma (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD against reserved positions).
