Other Important Information:
- Nature of Engagement: Purely contractual. Associates shall have the legal status of independent consultants and shall not be regarded as staff members, officials, or employees of NHIDCL.
- Tenure: Fixed period of 2 years, extendable by 1 year at a time up to a maximum of 3 years (2+1 years), subject to CRC approval.
- Domicile Requirement: Candidates must be domicile holders of the respective State/UT for which they are applying. For Andaman & Nicobar Islands, candidates from other States/UTs may also apply; preference will be given to domicile candidates.
- Experience: 0-2 years after essential educational qualification.
- Remuneration: Rs. 70,000 – 80,000 per month (consultancy fee, inclusive of all taxes). Annual enhancement of 5% in consultancy fee is allowed. Associates deployed in Andaman & Nicobar Islands are entitled to a Location Allowance at 20% of the prescribed consultancy fee.
- Payment: Monthly remuneration paid within 7 days after completion of the month, subject to certification by the Controlling Officer.
- Tax: Income tax and other applicable taxes will be deducted at source. Individual consultants are liable to pay GST as applicable.
- Terms of Reference (TOR): Includes Project Preparation & Design Appraisal, Construction Supervision & Project Monitoring, Contract & Documentation Support, Quality Assurance & Technical Compliance, and Post-Construction & O&M Support.
- Vacancies: Total 100 vacancies; numbers are tentative and may increase or decrease as per project requirements.
- Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to Delhi High Court jurisdiction.
- Corrigendum/Addendum: Will be posted only on NHIDCL’s website at www.nhidcl.com under the heading ‘Resource Pool’.
- Canvassing: Canvassing or external influence will disqualify the candidate from selection.
