- Trade Apprentices (ITI): Selection will be based on the percentage of marks scored by the candidates in all subjects in ITI examinations (NCVT) of the respective trade.
- Diploma/Technician Apprentices: Selection will be based on the percentage of marks scored in Diploma of the relevant discipline.
- Graduate (Engineering) Apprentices: Selection will be based on the percentage of marks scored in BE/B.Tech of the relevant discipline.
- Graduate (Non-Engineering) Apprentices: Selection will be based on the percentage of marks scored in the qualifying Degree (B.Com / BBA) across all semesters.
- In case of more than one candidate scoring the same percentage of marks at the cut-off level, the senior most candidate (based on date of birth) will be considered for selection.
- If grades/CGPA are awarded instead of marks, the percentage will be calculated by multiplying the Grade/CGPA by a factor of 10, or as per the university’s established scheme.
