- Mode of Recruitment: Deputation / Immediate Absorption / Direct Recruitment. Only one mode can be opted by the candidate and no change of mode is permitted after submission.
- Surety Bond: Direct Recruitment – INR 3,00,000 for minimum 3 years service; Immediate Absorption – INR 1,50,000 for minimum 1 year service (plus training cost & GST as applicable).
- Probation: After joining on Direct Recruitment/Immediate Absorption, the employee must undergo a probation period as per Corporation Policy. A three months’ notice period is required before seeking resignation.
- Compensation Package: Basic Pay, HRA@30%, [email protected]% (as on date), [email protected]% with statutory benefits like PF, Gratuity, Medical benefits at CGHS Rates, and other allowances as per policy.
- Posting: Selected candidates can be posted/transferred/deployed to any project office/site office/consultancy office/regional office/depot or any other place of work of NMRC in India or outside India.
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates for posts reserved for them. No relaxation for reserved category candidates applying for UR posts.
- Experience: Only Govt. Sector experience is counted. Private sector experience, Management Trainee/GET/Apprenticeship experience shall not be counted.
- Deputation Period: Initial deputation period is 3 years, extendable as per relevant rules.
- Pay Scale Equivalency: For DGM posts – presently working in IDA INR 70,000-2,00,000 or CDA INR 78,800-2,09,200 (L-12), OR working for 3 years in IDA INR 60,000-1,80,000 or CDA INR 67,700-2,08,700 (L-11). For AM posts – presently working in IDA INR 50,000-1,60,000 or CDA INR 56,100-1,77,500 (L-10), OR working for 2 years in IDA INR 46,000-1,45,000 or CDA INR 47,600-1,51,100 (L-8).
- Candidates working in Private Sector or on contract basis at consolidated pay in Govt. sector are NOT eligible to apply.
