- Qualification: Minimum 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering with 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) OR Degree in Civil Engineering with 55% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognised University/Institute/Board. Experience: At least 2 years for Diploma holders or 1 year for Degree holders in civil construction/maintenance work, OR 1-year graduate apprenticeship in a PSU.
- Age Limit: 20 to 30 years as on 01/04/2026 (Born between 02/04/1996 and 01/04/2006). - Online Examination (300 Marks): Tentatively scheduled on June 06, 2026. The exam consists of:
- English Language: 50 Questions, 50 Marks, 40 Minutes
- Engineering Discipline Paper I: 40 Questions, 100 Marks, 40 Minutes
- Engineering Discipline Paper II: 40 Questions, 100 Marks, 40 Minutes
- General Intelligence and Reasoning: 50 Questions, 50 Marks, 30 Minutes
- Total: 180 Questions, 300 Marks, 150 Minutes
- Language Proficiency Test (LPT): Candidates provisionally selected from the online examination will undergo LPT in the Official/Local Language(s) of the respective zone. LPT is mandatory and no exemption is granted.
- Document Verification & Medical Fitness: Final selection is based on performance in the online examination (merit order), qualifying LPT, medical fitness, and verification of certificates.
