Selection Procedure

- Department: Customer Experience Enhancement Department
- Place of Posting: Circle Complaints Resolution Centre (CCRC) at LHOs. Bank reserves the right to post anywhere in India as per its requirement.
- Period of Engagement: Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years or until officer attains age of 65 years, whichever is earlier, subject to quarterly review of performance.
- Termination: Contract may be cancelled/terminated by either party with 30 days’ notice or payment of remuneration in lieu thereof.
- Leave: 30 days leave per year of engagement. Intervening Sundays/holidays not included. Unused leave lapses unless declined on administrative grounds.
- Roles & Responsibilities: Follow-up and obtaining timely and qualitative resolution of customer complaints and any other task assigned by competent authority.
- Working Hours: Normal working hours as applicable to serving officials or as required.
- Service Rules: Engaged retired officials will not be covered under SBI Officers’ Service Rules or any other service condition.
- PF/Bonus/Pension: Contractual period will not be reckoned as service for superannuation benefits/PF/Bonus/gratuity. Retired officers will not be eligible for reimbursement of medical or any other benefits during engagement period but will continue to avail facilities as pensioner.
- Income Tax: Income tax/TDS will be deducted at source as per prevailing rates.
