- Reservation: No SC/ST/OBC reservation (selection purely on sports merit).
- Sports Eligibility: As per Railway Sports Promotion Board (RSPB) norms.
- Posting: Anywhere in South Eastern Railway Units.
- Educational Qualification: No relaxation in educational qualification.
- Application Fee Refund: For UR / OBC candidates, ₹400 will be refunded on attending trials. For SC / ST / Ex-SM / PwD / Women / Minority / EBC candidates, ₹250 will be refunded on attending trials.
- Selection Basis: Selection is purely merit-based.
- Unauthorized Agents: No agent or coaching center is authorized.
- Service Bond: Selected candidates must sign a 5-year service bond.
