- Posting Location: Projects across Bihar state; manpower to be stationed at designated client offices/TCIL offices. TCIL may depute hired employee at any location in India as per project requirement.
- Working Hours: As per project working hours; may require early/late hours, shift work, and availability on Government/public holidays. No overtime payable.
- Termination: Engagement may be terminated with one month’s notice for non-performance, quality issues, integrity concerns, or failure to meet milestones.
- Benefits Included in CTC: Provident Fund (Employee & Employer contribution), Gratuity, Fixed Medical Allowance, Fixed Conveyance Allowance, Fixed Mobile Allowance.
- Annual Increment: Applicable based on satisfactory performance.
