Recruitment by Selection through Interview.
In the event of a large number of applications, the Commission may adopt short-listing criteria to restrict candidates called for interview by: (a) Desirable Qualifications; (b) Higher educational qualifications; (c) Higher experience; (d) Counting experience before/after essential qualifications; (e) Holding a Recruitment Test (RT).
Minimum level of suitability in interviews: UR – 50 marks, OBC – 45 marks, SC/ST/PH – 40 marks (out of 100).
In cases where selection is made by Recruitment Test (RT) followed by interview, candidates must achieve minimum suitability at both stages.
