Selection Procedure

Selection Procedure:

The mode of selection will be based on the performance of Interview only. However, the Institute may hold a Screening Test/Computer Based Test (CBT) or any other screening process to shortlist candidates to be called for Interview where more eligible candidates apply.
The performance in Screening Test/CBT will carry no weightage in the Interview; the final selection will be based on the performance of the Interview only.
Minimum Level of Suitability in Interview (out of 100 marks):

In cases where selection is made by CBT followed by Interview, the candidate must achieve the minimum level of suitability at both stages. The minimum level of suitability in CBT shall be decided by the Competent Authority of AIIMS Nagpur on a case-to-case basis.
CBT Scheme: Duration: 90 minutes (20 extra minutes per hour for scribe candidates); 75 MCQs of 100 marks total with four alternatives; Negative marking of 1/3 marks for each wrong answer.

Nature of Posts: Group-A Non-Faculty posts on Direct Recruitment basis at AIIMS Nagpur.
Probation: Selected persons will be appointed on probation as per extant rules.
Medical Fitness: Appointment is subject to the candidate being declared medically fit by the competent Medical Board.
