- Contract Basis: All posts are purely on contract basis. Tenure is extendable as per corporation requirement on a year-to-year basis at the sole discretion of the Corporation.
- PwBD Reservation: Out of 162 posts, 06 positions are reserved for PwBD candidates for CON-16 and CON-18. PwBD candidates will be adjusted against vacancies of respective categories (UR/SC/ST/OBC/EWS).
- Age Relaxation: Relaxations for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/EWS/PwBD (40% or above disability) as per Government of India guidelines. SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates applying against UR posts are not eligible for age relaxation.
- No Application Fee: No fee is required for any post.
- Teaching/Training Experience: Teaching experience and training period will not be counted as experience.
- Leave: Contractual FTE is eligible for 12 days leave per calendar year on pro-rata basis. Un-availed leave cannot be carried forward.
- No Allowances: Contractual FTE is not entitled to DA, Residential Telephone, Transport Facility, Residential Accommodation, Personal Staff, CGHS, or Medical Reimbursement.
- Working Hours: Normal working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. May be required to work beyond normal hours as per exigency.
- Termination: Corporation may terminate contract with 15 days’ notice. Engaged person may terminate with 1 month’s prior notice or payment of one month’s consolidated remuneration in lieu thereof.
- Transfer: Incumbents are liable to be transferred/posted anywhere in India at ALIMCO’s discretion.
- Tax Deduction: Income Tax and other applicable taxes will be deducted at source. TDS certificates will be issued.
- Corrigendum: Any corrigendum/addendum will be displayed only on ALIMCO’s website www.alimco.in under ‘Recruitment’.
- Citizenship: Applicant must be a Citizen of India.
- Medical Fitness: Candidates must provide a Medical Fitness Certificate from a Government Hospital/Company Nominated Hospital at the time of joining.
- No TA/DA for Interview: No travel or daily allowance is admissible for attending the interview or joining/completing the assignment.
