- Total Vacancies: 3951 posts (Senior Computer Instructor: 322; Basic Computer Instructor: 3629) across Secondary Education and Sanskrit Education Departments.
- Scheduled Area / Non-Scheduled Area: Vacancies are divided into Scheduled Area (Anusuchit Kshetra) and Non-Scheduled Area (Gair Anusuchit Kshetra). Only local residents of Rajasthan’s Scheduled Area can apply for Scheduled Area posts.
- Reservation: Horizontal reservation for Women (30%), Ex-Servicemen (12.5%), Outstanding Sports Persons (2%), and PwD (4%) as per applicable rules. Category-wise reservation: SC 16%, ST 12%, OBC 21%, MBC 5%, EWS 10%.
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS male candidates (Rajasthan domicile); 5 years for General category women; 10 years for SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS women (Rajasthan domicile); 15 years for Ex-Servicemen; 5 years for PwD (benchmark disability) in addition to category relaxation; No upper age limit for widows and divorced women (subject to retirement age).
