Selection Procedure

- BEL, Panchkula is conducting walk-in selections at Jodhpur for Project Engineers on a temporary basis for sites in Rajasthan (Jodhpur, Jaisalmer) and Gujarat (Jamnagar, Bhuj, Naliya).
- Project Engineer-I will be engaged initially for a period of THREE years, extendable for one more year based on project requirement and individual performance.
- Retention Bonus: Rs. 25,000/- for every completed year (total Rs. 1,00,000/- payable at the end of 4 years).

- Candidates working in PSUs/Government/Quasi-Government organizations must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.
