Non-Executive on Tenure Basis

Minimum marks relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
- Age Limit: GEN/EWS: 29 years
- Pay Scale: Basic Pay: Rs. 23,910/- per month + Dearness Allowance (currently 55.7%) + HRA (X class-30%, Y class-20%, Z class-10%) + Perks + Medical Expenses Rs. 1,500/- per month. Annual increment of 3% on Basic Pay subject to satisfactory performance.
Selection Procedure

- Pre-Employment Medical Examination: Candidates qualifying document verification will be issued a Provisional Offer and must undergo a pre-employment medical examination as per BEML’s prescribed medical standards. No relaxation in health standards will be allowed.
- Final Offer of Engagement: Issued upon satisfactory medical report from the Company’s Doctor.
