Other Important Information:

Employment Type: Fixed Term Employment for a maximum period of 03 (three) years with initial 06 (six) months on probation. No extension beyond three years under any circumstances.
Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
Posting: Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India and may be assigned shift operations as per business requirements.
Application Fee: No application fee for any category.
Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years; OBC (NCL): 3 years; PwBD-General/EWS: 10 years; PwBD-OBC(NCL): 13 years; PwBD-SC/ST: 15 years; J&K domicile (01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989): 5 years. Maximum upper age including all relaxations shall not exceed 56 years.
Marks Relaxation: For SC/ST/PwBD candidates: where minimum is 60%, relaxed to 55%; where minimum is 50%, relaxed to 45%.
PwBD: 02 vacancies reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (minimum 40% disability). PwBD candidates of relevant category can apply even if no vacancies are specifically reserved for them.
Remuneration: Assistant Associate: Rs. 65,000/month; Associate: Rs. 80,000/month; Sr. Associate: Rs. 1,00,000/month. Other benefits include PF, Medical Insurance (self, spouse, first two children), Group Personal Accident Insurance, and Leave as per company rules.
Annual Increment: 1st increment after one year from date of joining (subject to verification); 2nd increment after one more year. Pay protection requests will not be entertained.
Fixed Term Employment does not confer any right to claim status of a regular employee at any point of time.
Medical Reimbursement: Pre-employment medical examination expenses reimbursed up to Rs. 400/- on submission of receipt.
Jurisdiction: Any dispute will be settled within the jurisdiction of Kolkata Court only.
