Selection Procedure

- Nature of Employment: Fixed Term Engagement on Contractual Basis (Officer on Contractual Basis – OCB) for an initial period of 5 years from the date of joining, extendable for a maximum additional period of 5 years subject to satisfactory performance and Bank’s discretion. Valid till maximum age of 60 years or end of contract term, whichever is earlier.
- Department: Wealth Management Services
- Credit History: Minimum CIBIL score of 680 or above required at the time of joining. Candidates who have defaulted on loans or credit card dues or have adverse CIBIL reports are ineligible.
- Reservation: SC/ST: 5 years age relaxation; OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years; PWD (Gen/EWS): 10 years, (OBC): 13 years, (SC/ST): 15 years; Ex-Servicemen (Gen/EWS): 5 years, (OBC): 8 years, (SC/ST): 10 years.
- Nationality: Citizen of India or eligible as per Government of India norms (as on 01.03.2026).
- Non-Disclosure Agreement: Selected candidates will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
- Posting: Candidates willing to serve anywhere in India should apply. Selected candidates are liable to be transferred at the Bank’s discretion to any branch/office in India.
