Post Code 1 (DGM – Operations): No written test. Selection through Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview only.
Post Code 16 (Assistant Manager – PA to MD): Written Test (qualifying in nature, minimum 40% marks including English exam) → Skill Test → Personal Interview.
All Other Posts:
1. Online Examination (MCQ with Negative Marking): Maximum 150 marks, Duration: 120 minutes. Conducted at Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai or other designated centres.
  - Numerical Ability: 40 Questions, 40 Marks
  - Aptitude: 40 Questions, 40 Marks
  - General Knowledge: 20 Questions, 20 Marks
  - Professional Knowledge: 25 Questions, 50 Marks
  - English (Qualifying – 50% minimum, marks not counted in aggregate): 25 Questions, 25 Marks

Organisation: CERSAI is a Government of India undertaking (CPSE) licensed under Section 8 of the Companies Act 2013, operating Security Interest Registry and Central KYC Record Registry.
Nature of Employment: Permanent employment with career progression opportunities based on performance.
Place of Posting: New Delhi (Head Office). Candidates are liable to be transferred/posted anywhere in India if branch offices open outside Delhi. Refusal of posting may attract disciplinary action including termination.
Probation Period: Minimum 24 months. Employee may be discharged without notice during probation at CERSAI’s discretion.
Service Agreement: Selected candidates must execute a service agreement of 3 years and a bond of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Two Lakhs) at the time of joining. Discontinuation before 3 years will attract bond liability.
Resignation: Three months prior notice required before resignation.
Age Relaxation: OBC (NCL): 3 years; SC/ST: 5 years; PwBDs (UR): 10 years; PwBDs (OBC-NCL): 13 years; PwBDs (SC/ST): 15 years; Ex-Servicemen: as per category.
