Selection Procedure

Selection Procedure:
- Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS categories will be applicable as per provisions of Apprentices Act 1961, Apprentice Rules 1992, Apprenticeship (Amendment) Rules 2019 & 2025.
- Selection will be made on the basis of Academic Merit / Interview as required, subject to satisfactory verification of documents.
- Shortlisted candidates will be informed via E-mail mentioned in the application. Candidates are advised to check emails periodically and keep them active till completion of the selection process.
- If shortlisted, candidates are required to bring Original and Self-attested copies of the following documents during document verification/joining: Duly filled Application Form, NATS/NAPS profile printout, 10th class Mark sheet and certificate, Consolidated/Final Mark sheet of Qualifying Exam, Original/Provisional Certificate of Qualifying Exam, Caste Certificate (if applicable), PWD Certificate (if applicable), Valid EWS Certificate (if applicable), Any Photo ID card issued by Govt. of India (PAN Card/Voter ID/Driving License), Aadhaar Card (Mandatory), Copy of Aadhaar Seeded Bank Pass Book/Statement, Medical fitness certificate issued by a Govt Civil Assistant Surgeon, Two latest Passport size photographs.
- Selected candidates for training will not be allowed to withdraw from training except for reasons beyond their control. Before commencement of training, the candidate will have to execute a contract of apprenticeship in the respective portals.
- Selected candidates have to produce valid Police Verification Certificate either from their place of last residence (for at least past one year) or permanent address at the time of joining.
- No correspondence shall be entertained from candidates NOT selected for Apprenticeship training.
- The Management reserves the right to amend/refix/cancel/suspend the selection process at any time without assigning any reason. The decision of the management shall be final and binding.

- The engagement and training are strictly in compliance with the Apprenticeship Act 1961 and there is NO obligation for employment of apprentices on completion of training.
- Any canvassing or personal follow-up during the selection process shall lead to immediate cancellation of candidature.
- RCI reserves the right to terminate apprenticeship if circumstances so warrant without assigning any reason.
- In case of any dispute, the legal jurisdiction shall be that of the Honourable High Court, Hyderabad, Telangana.
- It is mandatory to have Aadhaar Seeded Bank account to receive 50% of stipend from Board of Apprenticeship and Training (BOAT) under Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) Scheme (for Graduate & Technician Apprentices).
