- Period of Engagement: Initial appointment for 05 (Five) years, extendable for another 02 (Two) years based on annual performance review.

- Termination: One month’s notice from either side.
- CMPF: Applicable as per Coal Mines Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1948.
- No Work No Pay: Daily rate deducted from monthly remuneration for absence from duty.
