- Contract Duration: 01 (One) year from date of joining with provision of renewal subject to willingness, satisfactory performance, and requirement of the institute.
- Security Deposit: Rs. 20,000/- via Demand Draft in favour of ESI Fund Account No. 2, payable at SBI, Bihta, Patna-801103 at the time of joining. Security Deposit will be forfeited if the candidate resigns/leaves within one year.
- No Private Practice: No private practice is allowed in any capacity after joining as Senior Resident.
- No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the walk-in-interview or submission of documents.
- Absence Policy: Absence beyond 07 (Seven) days will be treated as abandonment of duty and the contract will be terminated and Security Deposit forfeited.
- No Service Benefits: No claim for PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Seniority, Promotion etc. will be admissible.
- Accommodation: Accommodation for Senior Residents is available in the Campus. Mutual exchange of HRA with Accommodation is not allowed till availability of Accommodation.
- NOC Required: Candidates working in Govt./Autonomous/Statutory Institutions must submit NOC from current employer at the time of walk-in-interview.
- Vacancy Fluctuation: Seats may increase or decrease at the time of Interview. Super Specialty Department vacancies are dependent on availability of Teaching Faculties.
- EWS Seats: EWS posts are not carried forward; in case of non-availability of EWS candidate, other category candidates may be allowed provisionally as UR candidates on merit basis.
