Other Important Information
- Contract Duration: 01 (One) year extendable up to 03 (Three) years subject to satisfactory performance, or till the regular incumbent joins, or attainment of 70 years of age, whichever is earlier.
- No Private Practice: No private practice is allowed in any capacity after joining as teaching faculty at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Andheri East, Mumbai.
- Termination: The contractual engagement may be terminated from either side with one-month prior notice. Spot resignation requires deposit of one month’s salary to ESI Account.
- No Service Benefits: No claim for PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Medical Benefits, Seniority, Promotion etc. will be admissible.
- Attendance: Teaching faculty must mark attendance manually as well as on Aadhar Enabled Bio-metric Attendance System (AEBAS) daily.
- Absence: Absence beyond 07 days without proper permission will amount to voluntary abandonment and automatic termination.
