Important Information:
- Contract Duration: One year (extendable every year up to a maximum of 3 years, subject to satisfactory performance) or till the joining of the regular incumbent, whichever is earlier.
- Maximum Tenure: Till the attainment of 70 years of age, subject to fulfilment of other rules and regulations.
- Security Deposit: Rs. 30,000/- (non-interest bearing) as Demand Draft in favour of ‘ESIC Saving Fund Account No.2’ payable at Namkum at the time of joining, refundable after successful completion of contract.
- Leave Entitlement: 2.5 days per completed month of work on a pro-rata basis (Earned Leave, no encashment, no half leave, no advance leave).
- Termination/Resignation: One month’s prior notice required from either side. In case of spot resignation, one month’s salary to be deposited into ESI Account.
- Private Practice: Strictly prohibited. Selected candidates cannot work simultaneously as Teaching Faculty in any other Hospital/Medical College.
- No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the Interview or submission of documents.
- No accommodation will be provided to selected candidates.
- Service Benefits: No claim for PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Medical Benefits, Seniority, Promotion, TA/DA/Leave for attending conferences, etc.
- Agreement: Selected candidates must enter into an agreement on Non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/-.
- Attendance: Mandatory on Aadhaar Enabled Bio-metric Attendance System (AEBAS) daily.
- Absence: Absence beyond 7 days without permission will amount to voluntary abandonment and automatic termination.
