- Recruitment is on contract basis for 01 (One) Year, extendable up to three years, in various disciplines.
- Any category candidate can be appointed against any unfilled vacant reserved post for 44 Days with provision of possible extension.
- Candidates of unreserved category can apply against EWS posts.

- No private practice is allowed in any capacity after joining as teaching faculty at ESIC Medical College, Pandeypur, Varanasi.
- The contractual engagement may be terminated/discontinued from either side giving one-month prior notice without assigning reason.
