Selection Procedure

- Selected Management Trainees will be absorbed as Deputy Manager (Grade/Scale JM-I) after successful completion of one year training.
- Candidates must execute a personal bond of ₹3 lakh to serve as Management Trainee for one year and minimum 5 years as employee after absorption.
