Nursing Post Basic (2 years) from INC recognized institute/university and Registered as Nurse & Midwife in State/INC; OR Diploma in GNM from INC recognized Institute/Board/Council and Registered as Nurse & Midwife in State/INC with 2 years experience in minimum 50 bedded hospital after registration.
- Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 40 years as on 01 July 2026. Age relaxation: SC/ST/OBC (UP) - 5 years; Permanent UP Govt. employees with 3+ years service - 5 years; Persons with Disabilities - 15 years; Ex-Servicemen - 3 years (subject to conditions).
