  • Appointment is purely on temporary/contract basis up to 31.03.2027, or till vacancies are filled by promotion/regular appointment, or till the need ceases, whichever is earlier.
  • This contract placement does not confer any right for future Government appointment.
  • Non-local candidates must get their qualification registered from Telangana State Medical Council within one week of selection for appointment to be confirmed.
  • Candidates working in any other Government Medical Colleges of Telangana on contract basis in the same cadre are not eligible to apply.
  • The selected candidate must submit their relieving order from their previous institute; failing which, their selection will stand cancelled.
  • The contract is liable to be terminated at any time without assigning any reason. The selected faculty may also terminate the contract with one month prior notice.
  • The engaged faculty will be under the administrative control of the institute on a whole-time basis.
  • Remuneration is all-inclusive and subject to deduction of tax at source and other statutory deductions.
  • Selected faculty will be eligible for 15 leaves in a calendar year on a cumulative basis.
  • Rule of reservation to be followed.
  • Age limit for posts other than Senior Resident: below 69 years as on 31-07-2026.
  • Age limit for Senior Resident in broad specialties: 45 years; for Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Pathology, Forensic Medicine and Community Medicine: 50 years.
