- Tenure: Initial appointment is for 44 days on ad-hoc basis, extendable up to a maximum of 03 years (with one day break after each 44-day period) or till appointment through the Central Appointment Committee, whichever is earlier.
- DMC Registration: Valid DMC registration certificate is mandatory at the time of interview, OR proof of having applied for DMC with proper acknowledgement. Candidates must submit valid DMC Registration Certificate within 45 days of joining, failing which candidature will be cancelled.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC): Candidates already in Govt. Service must submit NOC from present employer at the time of attendance.
- Inter-Hospital Transfer: Not permitted.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- OBC Candidates: Must submit caste certificate issued by Competent Authority of GNCT of Delhi with Non-Creamy Layer certificate for current financial year. Outside Delhi OBC candidates will be treated as UR (General) category.
- EWS Candidates: Must submit EWS certificate issued on or before the date of interview.
- Vacant posts may vary due to resignation or tenure completion of existing Senior Residents.
- Relaxed Criteria: SRs who have already completed 03 years tenure may apply under relaxed criteria (admissible for one year on ad-hoc basis).
