Important Information:
- Duration: One year apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 (NATS Scheme).
- No Permanent Employment: After completion of apprenticeship training, there will be no obligation on HAL-Nasik to offer any employment to the apprentice.
- Stipend Payment: 50% stipend will be paid by HAL (in SBI savings bank account only) and remaining 50% will be paid by BOAT through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) in Aadhar-seeded bank account.
- Reservation: SC – 10%, ST – 9%, OBC (NCL) – 27%, PWD – 4%, EWS – 10%. PWD disability should not be less than 40%. OBC candidates must submit Non-Creamy Layer certificate in Central Government format.
- Eligibility – Passing Year: Candidates must have passed Degree/Diploma in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026. Candidates with ‘Appearing’ or ‘Result Awaited’ status are NOT eligible.
- Previous Apprenticeship: Candidates who have already registered as an apprentice in any other establishment or have completed apprenticeship are NOT eligible.
- Nationality: Only Indian nationals are eligible.
- No Application Fee: Engagement of apprenticeship training is free of cost. HAL does not charge any fees.
- Accommodation: Limited accommodation may be provided subject to availability. Candidates must make their own arrangements for accommodation and travel.
- No TA/DA: No travelling allowance or daily allowance will be paid for document verification or joining.
