- Computer Based Test (CBT): 100 objective MCQ questions divided into two sections:
- Section A – General Aptitude (60 questions: Quantitative Aptitude 20, Logical Reasoning 15, Verbal Ability 15) – 60 minutes (80 minutes for eligible PwBD with scribe)
- Section B – Domain Knowledge (50 questions) – 90 minutes (120 minutes for eligible PwBD with scribe)
Each question carries 1 mark. Negative marking of 0.25 marks per wrong answer. Qualifying marks: General/EWS/OBC(NCL) – 40% in each section and 45% overall; SC/ST – 35% in each section and 40% overall; PwBD – 25% in each section and 30% overall.
- Group Discussion (GD) and Group Task (GT): Minimum qualifying marks: 40%. Weightage: 5% in composite score.
- Personal Interview (PI): Minimum qualifying marks: 40%. Weightage: 10% in composite score.
- Merit List: Based on Composite Score (CBT 85% + GD/GT 5% + PI 10%). Minimum composite score: General/EWS/OBC(NCL) – 45%; SC/ST – 40%; PwBD – 30%.
- Document Verification: Eligibility verification before GD, GT and PI. Original documents required.

- Placement: Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India or overseas as per management discretion.
