- Merit-Based Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on a merit score calculated as: 70% weightage to SSC (10th) Marks and 30% weightage to ITI Marks (marks of all semesters will be considered).
- Physical Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for physical document verification in the 2nd & 3rd Week of September 2026. All original certificates/documents must be produced at this stage.
- Medical Fitness: Shortlisted candidates must produce a Medical Fitness Certificate from a Certified Medical Practitioner (minimum MBBS) at the time of joining.
- Police Verification: Shortlisted candidates must produce a Police Verification Report from the residing District’s/Tehsil’s Superintendent/Commissioner of Police at the time of joining.
- Final Joining: Candidates who clear document verification and submit required certificates will join for apprenticeship training in the 1st & 2nd Week of October 2026.

- Duration: One (1) year apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and NAPS Scheme.
- No Employment Guarantee: After completion of apprenticeship training, there will be no obligation on HAL-Nasik to offer any employment to the apprentice.
- Stipend Payment: Stipend will be paid only in Aadhaar-seeded SBI Bank Savings Account. Jan-Dhan accounts must be converted to regular SBI savings accounts. Joint accounts will not be considered.
- Reservation: SC – 10%, ST – 9%, OBC (NCL) – 27%, PWD – 4%, EWS – 10%. PWD candidates must have a minimum 40% disability. OBC candidates must submit Non-Creamy Layer certificate in Central Government format.
- Nationality: Only Indian nationals are eligible.
- Eligibility: Candidates who have already registered as an apprentice in any other company or have completed apprenticeship are NOT eligible. Candidates must possess original/provisional ITI certificate.
- NAPS Registration: Mandatory registration on www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in is required. Registration number must be entered in the application form. Profile must be 100% complete with e-KYC.
- No Application Fee: Engagement of apprenticeship training is free of cost. HAL does not charge any fees.
- No TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be paid for document verification or joining.
- Accommodation: Limited accommodation may be provided subject to availability during apprenticeship training period.
