  • 1st Test (Domain Knowledge Test): Computer-based MCQ test covering various Computer topics and domain-specific questions. Valid for 1 year from date of advertisement.
  • Document Scrutiny: Candidates who clear the 1st test will have their documents verified.
  • Training: Candidates who qualify the 1st test and document scrutiny must undergo training (approx. 50 hrs, max 1 month) at IDDC, Ambala or HMSDC, Gurugram. Security deposit of Rs. 1500/- (refundable) is required. Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory.
  • 2nd Test (Practical/Project Test): Candidates with minimum 75% training attendance are eligible. Maximum 2 attempts allowed. Programmers, Junior Software Developers, System Analysts, Software Developers & Sr. System Analysts must use MVC framework.
  • Panel Preparation: Merit prepared by giving equal weightage to 1st (Domain Knowledge) and 2nd (Practical) tests. Panel made as per merit and reservation roster. Panel valid for 2 years (extendable up to 5 years).
  • Deployment: Candidates recommended on receipt of confirmed requirement from indenting organization. Clearing the test and making it to the panel does not guarantee placement.

  • Candidates with MCA/M.Tech from Distance Education/Part Time basis must have the degree approved/permitted by AICTE.
  • Security deposit of Rs. 1500/- is refundable subject to: minimum 75% training attendance, clearing 2nd test within 2 attempts, and no damage to corporation property.
  • A candidate who has been taken on panel for any post shall not be allowed to apply again for a period of at least 6 months.
  • Reservation benefits are as per Haryana State Reservation Policy. EWS certificate for Haryana Government jobs only (Central Govt. EWS certificates not accepted).
