Court Manager: Written Test & Viva-voce as per Schedule-III Part 3 (Phase-I & II) of R&P Rules, 2022.
Clerk: Screening Test, Written Test, Typing Test (30 WPM English / 25 WPM Hindi using Kruti Dev-10 font) & Document Verification (DV) as per Schedule-III Part 7(A) of R&P Rules, 2022.
Stenographer Grade-III: Screening Test, Stenography Test (80 WPM in English, transcription within 5x dictation time, max 10% mistakes), Typing Test (40 WPM English / 30 WPM Hindi using Kruti Dev-10 font) as per R&P Rules, 2022.
Driver: Screening Test, Proficiency Test of Driving & Document Verification as per R&P Rules, 2022.
Process Server: Screening Test, Written Test & Evaluation as per Part 10 of Schedule-III of R&P Rules, 2022.
Peon/Orderly/Chowkidar/Safai Karamchari etc.: Shortlisting in ratio 1:3 based on marks in 10+2 (calculated out of 85 marks) plus 15 marks for document evaluation; Final merit list based on educational qualification and evaluation as per Schedule-III, Part-11 of R&P Rules, 2022.

Candidates must be citizens of India and possess requisite qualifications as on the last date of submission of online application.
Candidates for Group-C posts must have passed Matriculation/10+2/Graduation from a school/institution within Himachal Pradesh (not applicable to Bonafide Himachalis).
Age is reckoned as on 01.01.2026. Upper age relaxation of 5 years is admissible to bonafide SC/ST/OBC of HP and persons with benchmark disabilities of HP for reserved posts.
Examination fee: UR – Rs. 450/-; Reserved categories of HP – Rs. 300/- (including GST). Fee is non-refundable and payable online only.
Results for regular vacancies will be declared first; thereafter contractual and daily wages results will be declared.
Candidates cannot switch from one mode of appointment (Regular/Contract/Daily Wages) to another after final results are declared.
A single application covers regular, contractual, and daily wages vacancies for a particular post; no separate application needed.
Candidates already in government/semi-government service must apply through proper channel with NOC within 15 days from the last date of application (not required for job trainees/contract/casual/adhoc/daily wagers/work charged employees).
