Selection Procedure

Selection Procedure:
- All applications will undergo scrutiny to ascertain eligibility with respect to age, post-qualification experience, current pay level, and other notified criteria for shortlisting for interview.
- Only prima-facie eligible applications will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:15 (subject to availability). If the number of applications is high, HUDCO reserves the right to shortlist candidates with higher criteria than the specified minimum eligibility requirements.
- Shortlisted candidates will be intimated the venue and time for interview through the email-id indicated in the application.
- Verification of documents shall be done before the interview. Shortlisted candidates must bring all original certificates for the interview.
- Outstation candidates appearing for interview shall be reimbursed single to-and-fro travel cost (restricted to actual fare or 2A AC rail fare from nearest railway station, whichever is lower), subject to successful document verification and attendance.
- Interview: Selection shall be based solely on the candidate’s performance in the Interview. The Interview consists of three parameters:
- Job Knowledge: 50 marks
- Quality and nature of work experience: 20 marks
- Overall personality: 30 marks
- Minimum Passing Marks: 70 marks for UR/EWS category, 60 marks for OBC-NCL category, and 50 marks for SC/ST category.
- Candidates will have the option to participate in the interview in Hindi or English.
