- SSB Interview (Service Selection Board): Shortlisted candidates are called to one of the SSB centres: Prayagraj (UP), Bhopal (MP), Bengaluru (Karnataka), or Jalandhar (Punjab). The SSB is a five-day process consisting of two stages:
- Stage-1: Screening test; candidates failing Stage-1 are returned on the same day.
- Stage-2: Psychological tests, Group Tasks, and Interview for those who clear Stage-1.
SSB dates likely between October–December 2026.
- Medical Examination: Candidates recommended by SSB undergo a medical examination. Validity of SSB medical is 270 days (from SMB to PCTA joining date).
