- Project: Selected candidates will be posted at IRCON’s Mumbai Ahmedabad High Speed Rail (MAHSR) T-2 Project.
- Contract Duration: Initial tenure of 2 years, extendable based on performance and project requirement, subject to a maximum of 3 years. Appointment is co-terminus with the project.
- Surety Bond: Contract employees must execute a service bond of Rs. Five Lakhs for serving the company for the initial period of 2 years and any subsequent extended period.
- Annual Increment: 3% on Basic Pay based on performance, reviewed every year.
- Leave: 12 Casual Leaves + 12 Earned Leaves per year (Earned Leave encashable after 3 years of service).
- Accommodation: Bachelor Accommodation provided at Project Sites (No HRA).
- Medical: Health Insurance Policy of Rs. Five Lakhs for self (premium ceiling Rs. 8000/- per annum, reimbursable by IRCON).
- PF: Maximum wage ceiling for PF deduction is Rs. 30,000; matching contribution by IRCON.
- No Pay Protection: No pay protection shall be given to any candidate joining the advertised posts.
- Medical Standards: Candidates must be in sound health and free from color blindness. No relaxation in health standards.
- Ex-Contract Employees: Ex-IRCON contract employees whose services were terminated due to project closure may also apply if they fulfill the required qualifications and experience. A copy of the termination letter must be submitted. Such appointment will be treated as fresh appointment.
- Number of Posts: May vary based on further assessment; IRCON reserves the right to increase, decrease, cancel, restrict, or modify the requirement at any time.
