  • Domicile Requirement: Candidates must be Domicile(s) of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and must possess a valid Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority on or before the cut-off date (30.08.2026).
  • Reservation: Reservation is applicable as per Category-wise break up conveyed by the Indenting Department and/or Jammu & Kashmir Reservation Act/Rules. Categories include OM, SC, ST-1, ST-2, RBA, ALC/IB, EWS, OBC, PwBD, and ESM.
  • Horizontal Reservation: Applicable for Ex-Servicemen (ESM) and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) as per extant rules. ESM horizontal reservation is applicable for posts carrying pay up to Level-6E (35900-113500).
