- Nature of Engagement: Fixed Term Contract basis in Mechanical/Project Department for an initial period of one year, extendable up to 5 years based on satisfactory performance and KRCL’s requirement.
- Place of Posting: Rolling Stock Component Factory, Lote. Selected candidates can be posted and transferred anywhere within KRCL establishment during the contract period.
- Indemnity Bond: Selected candidates must execute an agreement and indemnity bond of Rs. 50,000/- in favour of KRCL on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- or more.
- No Permanent Absorption: Contract appointees shall not be absorbed in KRCL regular service and must give an undertaking in writing to this effect.
- Notice Period: One month notice (or payment in lieu) required by either party for termination of contract.
