- Contract Duration: Initial engagement for 3 years (renewable annually subject to satisfactory performance), extendable up to 5 years.
- Annual Increment: 3% of contract fee per year.
- Leave: 1.5 days per month (maximum 18 days per year).
- Weekly Off/Closed Holiday: As applicable to regular employees.
- Medical Facilities: For self, spouse, and 2 dependent children at Ispat Hospital only.
- Accommodation/HRA: Company residential accommodation at Shyamali Colony (subject to availability) on rental basis; or HRA @ 5% of contract fee if company accommodation not availed.
- GST Registration: Selected candidates may be required to obtain GST registration if applicable.
- TDS: Deducted as per Income Tax Act provisions.
