Selection Procedure

Selection Procedure:
- Personal Interview: The mode of selection shall be Personal Interview of the provisionally shortlisted candidates. The mode of selection may be changed at the discretion of Management.
- Shortlisting: Shortlisting of candidates for Personal Interview shall be done based on scrutiny of applications against information, declarations, and supporting documents provided at the time of online application submission.

- Eligibility: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- Experience Source: Work experience must be as a regular employee of CPSE or large Private Sector organisations/institutions/Companies of repute with annual turnover of more than ₹2,000 crores in any of the last 3 financial years (2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). Preference given to candidates from listed companies.
- Experience Exclusions: Freelance, entrepreneurial, articleship/internship, academic project, teaching/research experience will not be considered. Apprenticeship under Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and MT/ET/GT training in PSUs only shall be considered.
- Age Relaxations: SC/ST: 5 years; OBC(NCL): 3 years; PwD (UR): 10 years; PwD (OBC NCL): 13 years; PwD (ST): 15 years; J&K domicile (01.01.1980–31.12.1989): 5 years; Ex-Servicemen: as per Govt. of India guidelines. Maximum age after relaxation shall not exceed 52 years.
- Marks Requirement: Post codes 01–30: Minimum 60% aggregate for UR/EWS/OBC(NCL); 50% for SC/ST/PwD. Post codes 31–50: Must have passed the prescribed educational qualification (no minimum percentage required).
