• Total Vacancies: 2784 posts of Agriculture Extension Officer (Executive/Karyapalika) under Directorate, Kisan Kalyan and Agriculture Development, MP, Bhopal.
• Reservation: ST: 20%, SC: 16%, OBC: 27% (subject to court order), EWS: 10%. Women: 35% horizontal reservation (all departments except Forest). Divyangjan: 6% horizontal reservation (VH: 1.5%, EH: 1.5%, LD: 1.5%, MD: 1.5%). Ex-Servicemen: 10% (Third Class), 20% (Fourth Class) horizontal reservation.
• Domicile: Reservation, age relaxation, and fee concession benefits are available only to original residents (domicile) of Madhya Pradesh. Candidates from other states will be treated as Unreserved/Open category.
• Aadhaar Mandatory: Aadhaar registration is mandatory. Multi-level biometric verification (Aadhaar-enabled) is compulsory at the time of entry and during the examination. Aadhaar must be unlocked during biometric verification.
• Employment Office Registration: Live registration at the Madhya Pradesh State Employment Office is mandatory for all candidates.
• Exam Mode: Online (Computer-Based Test – CBT) with objective-type (MCQ) questions in Hindi/English medium.
• Exam Duration: 3 hours per shift.
• Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, calculators, log tables, digital watches, sunglasses, electronic devices, cheat sheets, etc. are strictly prohibited in the examination hall.
• Admit Card: Admit cards will be available for download from www.esb.mp.gov.in using the online application number. Admit cards will NOT be sent by post.
• Probation Period Stipend: 1st year: 70%, 2nd year: 80%, 3rd year: 90% of minimum pay scale as stipend. Full pay scale after successful completion of probation.
• Waiting List: A waiting list of 15% of total selected candidates will be prepared. The waiting list will be valid for one year from the date of result declaration or until a new exam result is declared (whichever is earlier).
• Contractual Employees: Contractual employees with minimum 5 years of continuous service in an equivalent post are eligible for reservation of up to 50% of direct recruitment vacancies (subject to equivalence determination by the department).
• Children Restriction: Candidates with more than two children (where one child was born on or after 26/01/2001) are not eligible for appointment.
• Objection Filing: Candidates can file objections on question paper/answers online through the link on the Board’s website within 3 days of link upload. Fee: Rs. 150/- per question/answer objection.
• No Re-evaluation: There is no provision for re-counting/re-evaluation of results after declaration.
• Jurisdiction: All legal disputes related to the examination will be under the jurisdiction of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh.
• Primitive Tribes (Baiga, Sahariya/Sahariya, Bharia): Since the post is executive in nature, these candidates are NOT exempt from the examination. They must apply online as Scheduled Tribe candidates.
