Selection Procedure:

MPYPIL reserves the right to shortlist candidates for the Interview cum Document Verification based on prescribed eligibility criteria and merit.
The selection process shall consist of Interview cum Document Verification.
The final merit/selection list shall be prepared based on eligibility, qualification, experience, suitability and Interview cum Document Verification.

In the event of a tie in the final merit, preference shall be given to the elder candidate. If candidates are of the same age, preference shall be given to the candidate securing higher percentage in the prescribed essential educational qualification.
A Selection List and Waiting List may be prepared based on the final merit. The Selection List shall remain valid for one year from the date of its publication and may be extended by a further period of six months by the Appointing Authority.

Nature of Appointment: Contractual for a period of One (01) year, extendable at the discretion of MPYPIL.
Absorption: Upon completion of the prescribed probation period and subject to satisfactory performance, contractual appointees may be absorbed into the designated post and pay scale.
Reservation: Horizontal and Vertical Reservation benefits shall be available only to eligible MP Domicile candidates. Non-Domicile candidates shall be treated as UR. Final OBC selection list is subject to the final verdict in Writ Petition No. 5901/2019 pending before the Hon’ble Madhya Pradesh High Court, Jabalpur.
Retired Employees: Monthly remuneration shall be fixed either by deducting pension from the last drawn salary or at 50% of the last drawn salary. Relaxation in qualification and experience shall be granted to retired employees of Central/State Government/PSUs/Corporations/Boards subject to equivalent post conditions.
NOC Requirement: Candidates employed in Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies, PSUs or other Government-controlled organizations must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of Interview cum Document Verification.
Termination/Notice Period: Either party may terminate the contract by giving One (01) month’s prior notice or One (01) month’s consolidated pay in lieu thereof.
Posting Location: The selected candidate may be posted at any office of MPYPIL or its subsidiary companies as decided by the Appointing Authority.
Dispute Resolution: All disputes shall first be resolved by the Appointing Authority. If unresolved, the candidate shall refer the dispute to the High Court of Madhya Pradesh.
Age Calculation Date: Age shall be calculated as on 01.01.2026. Only Class 10 (High School/Matriculation) Passing Certificate/Mark Sheet or any other valid Government-issued document shall be accepted as proof of age.
