Contract Period: Appointment shall be on contract basis initially for a period of 11 months and extendable as per project requirement. Service shall be co-terminus with the project period.
Probation Period: First 3 months will be probation period during which NABCONS shall have the right to terminate services without any notice period or assigning any reason. Thereafter, the contract is terminable by giving three months’ notice period on either side.
Remuneration Disbursement: Remuneration shall be disbursed on a monthly basis and applicable income tax under Section 194J shall be deducted.
Preference: Preference will be given to Mumbai-based candidates.
No Legal Claim: Contractually engaged staff shall have no legal claim to regular absorption either during or after the period of contract. Contract appointees will have no claims as to seniority.
Right to Cancel: NABCONS reserves the right to cancel the recruitment for the captioned posts without assigning any reason at any stage.
Right to Modify: NABCONS reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or not to fill up any of the posts.
