- Nature of Appointment: Purely contractual/temporary basis. Does not confer any right for regularization or permanent absorption.
- Annual Increment: Up to 5% annual increment in remuneration on satisfactory completion of one year, subject to performance review on case-to-case basis.
- Maximum Duration – Research Associate-I: Initial engagement for 1 year, extendable for 2 more years (1 year at a time). Maximum duration: 3 years (1+1+1).
- Maximum Duration – Research Associate-II: Initial engagement for 1 year, extendable for 4 more years (1 year at a time). Maximum duration: 5 years (1+1+1+1+1).
- Age Relaxation: 5 years’ age relaxation for candidates having minimum 3 years’ experience in Examination Institutes. Reservation for PwBD candidates as per extant rules.
- Remuneration: Selected candidates will be entitled only to the lump sum monthly consolidated remuneration as mentioned against the post. Statutory deductions will be made as per rules.
- Termination: Contract can be terminated anytime without prior notice. In normal course, either side may terminate with at least one month’s notice.
- No Accommodation: Accommodation is not provided by NBEMS.
- Venue: NBEMS Office, Sector-9, Opposite Dwarka District Court, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110075. Nearest Metro Station: Dwarka Sector 10.
- Jurisdiction: Disputes shall be before competent courts at New Delhi.
- Age/Qualification Reckoning Date: Upper age limit, educational qualifications, and experience shall be reckoned as on the date of publication of advertisement in employment newspaper (01.07.2026).
- In case of any discrepancy between Hindi and English versions of the advertisement, the English version will prevail.
