- Applications are invited on deputation/absorption basis through proper channel.
- Candidates must submit applications through their employer/head of office/forwarding authority.
- The Curriculum Vitae duly supported by documents submitted by the candidate will be assessed by the Selection Committee at the time of selection.
- Absorption in NCLT can be considered after one year of working on deputation, subject to satisfactory performance as assessed by the competent authority.
- Absorption is not a matter of right and will be done only based on NCLT’s need and as per the National Company Law Tribunal (Recruitment, Salary and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Officers and other Employees) Rules, 2020.

- Attach supporting certificates/documents in respect of claimed educational qualifications including essential qualifications of Bachelor Degree.
- Attach Cadre Clearance certificate stating that in event of selection, the candidate will be relieved immediately, issued by cadre controlling authority.
- Attach attested photocopies of the APARs/ACRs for the last 5 years.
- Attach Vigilance Clearance Certificate and Integrity Certificate issued by the respective department.
- Provide details of major/minor penalties imposed on the officer during the last 10 years.

- Vacancy Position: Tentative and may increase or decrease.
- Posting: Selected candidates will be required to serve at the NCLT Bench for which they are selected.
