- Nature of Engagement: Fixed Term Basis – initially for 3 (three) years, extendable by further 2 (two) years on yearly basis based on performance and requirement.
- Eligibility: Only Indian Nationals above 18 years are eligible to apply.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years; OBC-NCL – 3 years; PwBD – 10 years; Ex-Servicemen – as per Govt. guidelines.
- Posting: Shillong or any Offices/Project sites of NEEPCO, anywhere in India. All posts are transferable at the sole discretion of Management. Posts are mostly in remote areas of NE Region.
- Health: Candidates must undergo medical examination and obtain a fitness certificate from Govt. Chief Medical Officer/Civil Surgeon before joining.
- Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be instituted only in Shillong, Meghalaya.
