Selection Procedure

Selection Procedure:
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Test/Interview as the Institute deems fit.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on higher qualifications/years of experience, by holding a screening test or any other criteria deemed proper.
- For posts specified as ‘Deputation failing which by Direct Recruitment’, the Institute will first consider candidates eligible for Deputation. If no application is received for deputation or no suitable candidate is found, candidates for Direct Recruitment will be considered.
- Call letters/admit cards will be issued through e-mail only and the list will also be uploaded on the Institute’s website (www.neiafmr.org.in).
- The selection process for Ethnobotanist, Pharmacognosist & Herbarium Curator/Museum Curator shall be conducted at Pasighat or at a suitable place within Arunachal Pradesh as directed by the Hon’ble High Court.
- The decision of the Director, NEIAFMR, Pasighat will be final in all matters related to selection.
